October Property Market Update

October continued to be a busy month for Saltbox Living Ltd. Our Co-living HMO in Barnsley has just been completed and the tenanting process has now finished and pleased to say it is fully let. The only thing left to do now is to

complete the grounds and outside space.

Work also has been completed on the 4 bed HMO. Our first tenant moved in on Friday. The other 3 rooms will be filled during November.

In Ripon North Yorkshire the next project was being prepared with a clear out of all the old furniture and contents left by the previous owner. A full refurbishment will be commencing in November.

We just picked up keys on a new project a 7 bed HMO and more details to come next month
