December Property Market Update

November has been a great month for Saltbox Living Ltd with four new projects underway and a little bit of success for the company.

Firstly I am very proud and privileged to have been awarded a finalist position in the Property Investors Awards. This is a national organisation and we have been made a finalist in the main category of “Property Investor of the Year”.

In terms of projects the 6 bed and 4 bed are all now fully tenanted and complete and earning for our investors. We now have four more projects in progress now.

Project 1 – is a 6 bed HMO in Darlington – Currently being refurbished and should be ready in the New Year

Project 2 – is a 6 bed HMO in Ripon – Currently being completely restructured and refurbished. We are developing the attic and cellar space to make a great living experience. Again this will be ready in the New Year

Project 3 – is a new 6 bed HMO in Barnsley. This is going through legals at the moment and will be started in the New Year.

Project 4 – We have just picked up keys for a flat in Harrogate which will be refurbished and used as a SA /holiday let.
